I have tried putting PC on standby with FC6 running and mid-mission. However on PC this seems to be hit and miss. Far Cry 6 ’s first DLC episode is out now, taking you deep into the twisted mind of one of Far Cry’s most infamous and enigmatic villains: Far Cry 3 ’s Vaas Montenegro. On consoles, I'm sure just putting console in rest mode lets you effectively leave a game mid-progress. So having to beat everything in one sitting is frustrating. With kids in the house, I can't always play for long continuous sessions. That’s quite a lot of DLC and microtransactions for a game that has several different editions and also a not inexpensive Season Pass at 32.99. Sure you can stay in a safe house, but you loose mission progress. My issue is the lack of anyway to save progress. Playing through each level again to get better slowly, while increasing difficulty with higher mind levels. I just purchased the FC6 season pass, and been playing through the 3 DLC levels.
